Fill a shaker half full with ice, add 1.5 ounces of rum, juice from 1/2 of a lime and 1-2 tablespoons of fig jam. Shake vigorously for a minute or so. Pour over a large ice cube into a tall glass. Top with 4 oz ginger beer, give it a quick stir, garnish with rosemary sprig and serve.
